Delivery times are determined by method of shipment. Our preferred carrier is UPS and the US mail service. We also use other carriers depending on special circumstances.

All items are 100% Guaranteed. Any defective merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit within 5 days of receipt of order. If the package is damaged upon delivery make a note of it on the airway bill before signing for the package. You need prior authorization from us before we will accept a return.
